Company History & Values

Ross F. Carroll, Inc was founded by Ross Carroll in October of 1990, and has grown to become a recognized General Engineering contractor in the Central Valley.

Ross Carroll worked diligently to build a business and management team that reflected his values of integrity, honesty, hard work, and pride in a job well done.  His forward thinking created a succession plan that prepared the company to grow and prosper through recruitment, development, and empowerment of the staff.

Sean P. Carroll assumed leadership of Ross F. Carroll, Inc. (RFC) in 2002 after his father’s sudden passing, and combined the values upon which the company was founded with his own commitment and dedication.

We at RFC value being a fair and honest company that maintains our relationships with our contractors, material sources, trucking companies, and others that enable us to assemble and manage an elite team that upholds Ross Carroll’s business philosophy to this day.

RFC Inc. has grown into one of the Central Valley’s leading, full-size General & Specialty Contractors, capable of providing turnkey solutions for projects of all sizes for local, national, and international firms.

Ross knew that clients value a job done right the first time, every time. The RFC team continues to observe these values through a combination of ethical business practices, continuous training, and innovation.
